The GKPI Council admonishes and instructs all member councils to observe the correct founding year. This issue has been duly resolved. The rectification of errors is part of our growing up pains. It is important to look back into our history as this will guide our way to the future, however, we must also not be hampered by the burdens of yesterday. Wisdom tells us to learn from the mistakes of the past. While It is unproductive to finger point and continue a wild witch hunt, It is also imperative that we continue to find the root of this. Further everyone is instructed to inhibit and refrain from issuing statements about the founding year while investigation of the Research Committee is ongoing to inhibit any undue influence on the work of the Research Committee.
